Day 1: ENTEBBE

Day 2: KAMPALA – BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK
Today we will depart for the most beautiful Bwindi Impenetrable National Park The park neighbours with the Republic of Rwanda and the drive from Kampala is about 9hours. There will be lunch via Mbarara en-route to Bwindi. Don’t worry about the long drive its beautiful Scenary. Dinner and overnight at Buhoma lodge or Silverback lodge on full board basis
Day 3: GORILLA TRACKING
The highlight of your safari: a meeting with the gentle giants of Bwindi! Especially if you are a hiker you will love the tracking in the beautiful ecosystem of the park. Expect to walk a long distance in steep and muddy conditions, sometimes with rain overhead, before you encounter any gorillas. But it will definitely be worthwhile as you observe them closely while they eat, play and rest. A unique and unforgettable experience! Probably you will carry a packed lunch, dinner and overnight at Buhoma lodge or Silverback lodge on full board basis

Day 4: FORTPORTAL
After breakfast from Bwindi depart at ease to Fortportal the home area of the World’s youngest King. Check-into Mountains of Moon or Rwenzori View Guest House for lunch, dinner and overnight.(www.mountainsofthemoon.com)
Day 5: SEMLIKI
After an early breakfast at Mountains of the moon depart for a day tour of Semliki National Park with a visit to the famous Sempaya Hotsprings known for healing Skin aliments and having eggs boiled in just a few minutes. Drive to the Primate lodge for lunch dinner and overnight.
Day 6: KIBALE NATIONAL PARK
After an early breakfast you will head for the start off point for Chimp trekking.
On this day the forest opens its doors for a sensational chimp tracking. Kibale forest is reputable of having the greatest variety and highest concentration of primates in East Africa. Enjoy a guided nature walk in the tropical rain forest in search of the wild chimpanzee, red-tailed monkey, black and white Colobus monkey and many others. Lunch will be at the Primate lodge with a afternoon of entire relaxation. Dinner and overnight at the Primate lodge.
Day 7: MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK
Breakfast on this day will be served early as you have a long but interesting drive with stunning views as you pass small villages and local markets to Murchison Falls.
You will stop in Hoima for lunch en-route to Murchison Falls. Dinner and overnight at Paraa lodge on full board basis(www.paraalodge.com)
Day 8: MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK
After an early breakfast we start the day with a game drive on the northern bank of the Nile, with chances of seeing giraffes, elephants, lions, hartebeest and different species of birds. In the afternoon the safari will be continued with a boat cruise on the river Nile for game viewing at close quarters. Dinner and overnight at Paraa safari lodge- double room.
Day 9: MURCHISON FALLS TO JINJA
Breakfast in the early morning and on your way out of the park have a tour of the magnificent Top of the Falls where you will marvel at the mighty Nile squeezing through the narrow gorge.
You will depart with a packed lunch to enjoy as you proceed to Jinja via Masindi, Hoima using the Northern bypass to Bwenyogerere then Jinja. Check in at The Haven in time for dinner and overnight.

Day 11: MBALE After breakfast continue to Mbale and check-in at the Sipi River lodge on full board basis.(www.sipiriverlodge.com)
Day 12: MBALE
After breakfast in the morning nature walk to the Sipi Falls. Lunch dinner and overnight at the Sipi River Lodge on full board basis.
Day 13: MBALE- KAMPALA
After breakfast depart from Sipi back to Kampala with a stop for lunch en-route. Overnight at Lindsay Cottages on half board basis.

Breakfast at the hotel. Full day relaxation in Kampala with a trip to the Craft Village, Bahai Temple and a stop for lunch at the Javas Restaurant Kampala Nakumatt Mall. Overnight with Dinner at Lindsay cottages.

As the Head of Voluntourism for Anchor Adventures, Hannah leads groups of international volunteers, combining their love for travelling with their passion for volunteering. Clients have the opportunity to travel in east Africa while collaborating with local non-profit organizations on short-term projects, in order to create cross-cultural camaraderie and improve global conditions. Hannah has collaborated with Anchor Adventures over the years by coordinating trips for clients, who would like to travel to east Africa for a cause. Hannah is the founding Director of the Musana Volunteer Program in Uganda which was established in 2009, and the Program Manager for the Concordia Volunteer Abroad Program from 2005-2008. A fee is charged that covers the placement and supervision of the volunteer into the project, accommodations which include: host families, hostels, shared guest houses, on-site dorm rooms (in orphanages) and local hotels. Also covered is reception from the airport to project location, orientation and departure transfer to the airport. We equip our volunteers with a care package. This covers information about visas, vaccinations, recommended packing lists and health safety issues.
